These terms govern access to the Rustcation beta and its Rust+ companion features.

You may use Rustcation only for accounts, servers and Rust+ credentials you are authorized to control. You are responsible for accurate information, account security and activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access another person’s account or server, evade platform rules, disrupt infrastructure, distribute malware, harass others, or violate law, game rules or third-party rights.
Third-party services
Rust, Rust+ Companion, Steam and Discord are third-party services with their own terms. Rustcation is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Facepunch Studios, Valve or Discord. Availability may change when those services change.
Beta service
The beta may contain errors, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable. Event forecasts are estimates based on available history, not guaranteed spawn times. Keep independent access to your game and server administration.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, infrastructure or third parties, respond to legal requirements, or address a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
Liability and governing terms
Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final warranty, liability, governing-law, dispute, business identity and cancellation terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review before public commercial launch.
